Look and feel: At 7.9” x 7,” these are big enough–”jumbo,” according to the packaging–for one wipe to feasibly get the job done. It takes a lot to tear these sturdy sheets, and they’re thick enough to create a barrier between mess and hand. Packaging is colorful and fun (if a bit busy) and the push-tab dispenser ensures you’ve closed it each time, translating to less likelihood for the dreaded dry-out. Bonus points to Freestyle for this–and all its packaging–being net-zero plastic waste.
Effectiveness: A+. While some wipes do nothing but smear a mess (WHY?!?), these clean efficiently. They’re non-abrasive and hypoallergenic so they didn’t anger our tester’s sensitive bum.
Ingredients: Water comprises 99% of these; the other 1% is paraben- and phthalate-free, and like Freestyle’s diapers, enlists sustainably farmed bamboo instead of trees. They’re EWG (Environmental Working Group) verified and contain chamomile, which we love.
